The Lawson Gardens Committee shall select a chairman and a secretary from among its members. Minutes of each meeting shall (without limitation) contain its recommendations to the Parks and Recreation Commission. A copy of these minutes shall be forwarded to the city administrator for delivery to the City Council. (Ord. 18-25 §21, 2018; Ord. 05-26 §4, 2005).
