1.52.030 Chairman, secretary – Minutes.

The Parks and Recreation Commission shall select a chairman and a secretary from among its members. Minutes of each meeting shall (without limitation) contain its recommendations to the City Council. A copy of these minutes shall be forwarded to the city administrator for delivery to the City Council. (Ord. 18-33 §3, 2018; Ord. B-5 §3, 1972).
