Annually, the Lodging Tax Advisory Commission shall appoint a chair who shall be one of the two (2) appointed City Council members and shall preside over commission meetings. The commission shall also appoint from its members a secretary who shall keep minutes of each meeting of the commission. Minutes of each meeting shall include documentation of all actions taken by the commission and should provide documentation and support for all recommendations to the City Council. A copy of the approved minutes shall be forwarded to the City Administrator immediately after approval, and the City Administrator shall deliver copies to the City Council. (Ord. 22-6 §2, 2022).
