There is created and established a board of trustees for the administration of Chapter 41.24 RCW. The board shall consist of the mayor, the finance director, one councilperson selected by the mayor, the chief of the fire department, and one member of the fire department to be elected by the members of the fire department for a term of one year and annually thereafter.
