Any action on a removal of a Commissioner may be brought by appealing the decision to the Superior Court of Whitman County within ten (10) days from such final decision. The appellant shall bear the cost of transcribing and reproducing all records ordered certified by the court for such review. (Ord. 01-18 §1, 2001).
