This department shall consist of the director of public services, a division of recreation; a division of parks, a division of buildings and such temporary and permanent employees as the Council may provide by budget. (Ord. 85-14 §1, 1985; Ord. 81-15 §3, 1981; Ord. 81-10 §7, 1981).
