1.20.040 Delegation of duties.

The Director of Community Development may from time to time delegate certain duties to other employees of the department. However, such delegation shall not relieve the Director of Community Development from responsibility of carrying out the duties of their office. (Ord. 21-15 §1, 2021; Ord. 99-23 §1, 1999).
