The 2019-2020 biennial budget and all subsequent budgets shall be prepared, considered, and adopted according to the provisions of this chapter and Chapter 35A.34 RCW, as presently constituted or as hereinafter amended, which is hereby adopted by reference. (Ord. 18-7 §3, 2018).
