1.107.080 Intergovernmental purchase contracts.

The City Council hereby authorizes the purchase of goods and services from a purchasing contract available through:
(1) the State of Washington; or
(2) any other state or local governmental unit in accordance with Chapter 39.34 RCW whenever the Finance Director can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Mayor that the procurement meets the city’s requirements and represents the most favorable procurement for the city considering price and other evaluation factors; or
(3) through the federal General Services Administration. (Ord. 16-11 §1, 2016; Ord. 04-18 §8, 2004).
