The official bonds of the following officers of the city of Pullman shall be, and the amounts thereof are fixed, as follows:

Mayor: One hundred thousand dollars;

Finance Director: Two hundred fifty thousand dollars;

City Administrator: One hundred thousand dollars;

Chief of Police: Fifty thousand dollars;

The bonds shall be conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties of the offices respectively, and for the prompt accounting for and payment and delivery of all moneys, securities, and other property of the city to the officer or person entitled to custody of the same, and, in the case of the finance director, for the faithful and safekeeping of and an accounting for all moneys and securities in the city treasury. The bond requirements of the Finance Director, City Administrator, and Chief of Police may be fulfilled by the purchase of a blanket fidelity bond covering all City employees in an amount of not less than $2,500,000 or by the purchase of a crime/fidelity insurance policy in an amount not less than $2,500,000.

All other City employee positions shall be covered by an honesty blanket fidelity bond or by the purchase of a crime/fidelity insurance policy in an amount not less than $2,500,000.
