Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held at seven p.m. on Tuesdays of each calendar month. In the event any such Tuesday falls upon a legal holiday as prescribed by the laws of the state of Washington, the regular meeting scheduled thereon shall be held at the regular meeting time on the next regular business day.
